* Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for delivery.


2. Replacement Policy

* We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement.


* Replacement Process: To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear pictures of the damaged or defective item. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the product at no extra cost to you. It will take 2 to 5 bussiness days to send the product back once replacement is processed

* Please Note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement.


3. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. We strive to keep our shipping fees affordable while ensuring that your order is safely delivered.

7. International Shipping

* Currently, we only offer shipping within INDIA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
